Driver’s Age: Minimum age requirement of 20 years for small and medium category cars and 25 years for other cars. Maximum age limit is 74 years.

Driving License: National or International, issued at least one year prior (no copy). *A necessary condition for national licenses is that they must be in Latin characters.

Vehicle Return: The renter must return the vehicle to the agreed location an on the agreed date as specified in the rental contract. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup unless prepaid fuel was selected. No refund offered in case you return it with more fuel than the amount of fuel you picked it up with.

Extension of Rental / Changes: Contact the company at least 24 hours before your contract expires. Extensions are always granted based on availability. The same applies to any changes regarding the return location/ time of the vehicle.

Reservations and Availability: All reservations are made according to the vehicle category, not for a specific model.

Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellation is free if made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled start date and time of the vehicle rental. The rental company reserves the right to cancel a reservation after one hour of delay if no communication has been received from the customer.

Payment Methods: By cash or credit card. The rental payment is made at the beginning of the rental period.

Geographic Restrictions: The vehicle may not be transported outside the island of Rhodes

Loss or Destruction of Key: In case of loss or theft replacement can cost up 150 to 500 euros depending on the vehicle type. Also, any other expenses incurred (key reprogramming, vehicle transportation, etc.). Additionally, the vehicle unlocking service if you lock the key inside the vehicle is charged.

DEPOSIT FOR GUARANTEE: For rentals, upon pick up of the vehicle, the rental company will preauthorize an amount from the driver’s credit card or cash as a deposit for guarantee equal to the amount of the insurance waiver. The amount of the deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the rental, provided no other charges arise.
Please note that the refund can take up to 14 – 30 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. Otherwise, you can pay the deposit with cash.

Insurance & Coverage

Full Insurance: Our insurance covers any damages to the car with a 500 € excess (five hundred euro). This means that our customers will never pay more than 500 EUR for damages, regardless of the extent of the damage to the vehicle. In case of an accident: The Lessee is required to immediately notify the company so that an inspection may be conducted promptly by the police, the insurer’s agent. If the vehicle is removed from the accident site before the on-site inspection, the Lessee forfeits any insurance benefits.

Loss or damages of the keys, damages of types, interior of the vehicle or underneath are not covered by full insurance.
